Before each poem Thomas will tell you the title and then begin reading them. Thomas has been writing poems off and on for years now. In some of his poems you will hear his struggles of everyday life. From People putting him down and running over him in every way possible. To a passion of him wanting to be loved and liked by others. Also you will hear him laugh a time or two during takes. Sometimes him and me would cut jokes in between takes. When I first met Thomas he didn't laugh. he was in ruins. He cried a lot and his family showed no love or really any interest in him. I began talking to him and found out he had a love for books and horror movies. And had a great sense of humor. After we started to hang out more he began to laugh more.Something I never seen him do! He began to talk more to me and since then (2011) we have become good friends. I came up with the idea to record his poems and release them as an audio reading. Like audio books. He always wanted them really published like a real book. But that's really expensive. And none us of could afford that. But he like the idea of an audio reading of his poems. And that's how the split tape series came to be.
